Flaminio Squazzoni is Assistant Professor of Economic Sociology at the University of Brescia and head of GECS-Research Group on Experimental and Computational Sociology. His research interest is social simulation.

 

He has chaired the EPOS 2006- Epistemological Perspectives on Simulation workshop (2006, Brescia) and the Fifth Conference of the European Social Simulation Association (2008, Brescia)

He is author of “Simulazione sociale” Simulazione sociale. I modelli ad agenti nell’analisi sociologica (2008, Carocci), a book on social simulation for Italian readers, and editor of Epistemological Aspects of Computer Simulation in the Social Sciences (2009, Springer).
